Art Therapy: A Creative Way to Heal & Grow

Sometimes it’s hard to put feelings into words. Art therapy offers a safe space to explore emotions through creativity. You don’t need to be “good at art.” The process—not the product—is what matters. Through guided expression, you can reduce anxiety, process challenges, build self-awareness, and reconnect with your inner strengths.

About

Communicate, create, care.

Art therapy is an evidence-based, expressive approach that helps individuals navigate mental health challenges through the creative process. I focus on making it a safe, accessible way to communicate and process emotions without pressure or judgment. I earned my Master’s in Art Therapy from Marywood University, where I trained to intentionally integrate art and clinical practice to support healing and meaningful growth.
